What is it?

Aquamax is a new generation bedding material. It is a 'crumble' produced exclusively from absolutely clean pine wood fibres. The product is highly densified and has the moisture extracted.

Why do we promote Aquamax?

Equilogical is an approved stockist and distributor of Aquamax bedding. We are excited by it's high performance and it works well as a combined system with our rubber stable mats.

Application

A standard 12' x 12' stable would require 10 bags of Aquamax to set up a new bed. The fresh bed is lightly sprayed with water to activate the product. It will expand after 15 minutes to form a fluffy wood fibre which is 4 times its original volume.

Under normal circumstances, you will need to mix in 1 fresh bag every week. The bed remains active and fluffy by absorbing the general moisture. It is only necessary to remove the really wet areas.

HORSE TRAILERS - can be used to absorb moisture during transit.
RUBBER MAT MAINTENANCE - Aquamax's absorbency will minimise urine contact with your mats - reducing the frequency of mat removal for cleaning.

Delivery / Collection

We can deliver through a pallet network service. We will aim to keep the delivery cost reasonable. Please contact us with your post code and quantity required for a delivery price quote. Don't forget that you will need to make sure that someone is available to offload the delivery vehicle.

You are welcome to collect directly from our depots - but please call us to let us know when you are coming. This will enable us to get your Aquamax ready for collection and will avoid any waiting.
